CAA-FC serves the Larimer County rental housing community through:
MONTHLY LUNCHEON MEETINGS
These meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month, September through May. Meetings feature a variety of informative speakers. The monthly CAA-FC meeting allows a relaxed atmosphere to meet others in the industry and learn new ideas for solving old problems. Companies that supply products and services for the industry have the prime opportunity to meet new clients each month and renew business relationships with present clients.
NEWSLETTER
The CAA-FC sends a monthly newsletter to current members and prospective members. The newsletter covers what is happening in property management and previews luncheon speakers and topics. Suppliers can advertise at a low cost in the newsletter, making members aware of products and services.
LEGISLATIVE UPDATE
The Colorado Apartment Association keeps members informed on legislative matters warranting industry attention.
LEGAL HANDBOOK
The Legal Handbook is available for a small fee to all members and covers Colorado State Tenant Management Laws. This handbook serves as an excellent resource and reference guide.
LEGAL CONTRACTS
Rental Applications, Rental Agreements, Move In and Move Out Condition Reports, Pet and Utility Agreements and Notices to Vacate are available to members. These triplicate forms, developed in conjunction with the Colorado State Assembly and the Housing Authority, save members the legal costs of developing and revising contracts.
AFTER HOURS
Periodically, members gather informally at different properties to have a good time and get to know one another better.

ANNUAL SEMINAR/TRADE SHOW
Each year, CAA-FC holds a major educational Seminar and Trade Show. Learn about all phases of property management from leasing to maintenance. The Trade Show presents the latest in products and services available to members.

PURPOSE
The Colorado Apartment Association – Fort Collins Chapter (CAA-FC) gives the multi-housing industry credibility and prestige in the Fort Collins business world. It is the only association in Larimer County dedicated exclusively to the rental housing industry. Our Chapter includes a diverse membership consisting of private owners, investors, professional property managers, on-site personnel, real estate agents, CSU Housing, and vendors and suppliers of related housing goods and services. Membership in the Fort Collins Chapter provides automatic membership in the Colorado Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.
