Booth Reservations – Only limited number of booths available. First come, first served. Booths are only available to current CAA-FC and Weld County members.
Booth Locations – First Nat’l. Bank East Exhibit Hall, center isles and around perimeter; in same location as Maintenance Mania to increase visibility and networking with attendees. Final booth location will be based on sponsorship level, number and type of registration requests and needs. Gold Sponsors get priority in location. Torch Sponsors have guaranteed main entrance location.

Booth Inclusions – 10’ x 10’ space; pipe and drape on three sides; 8’ x 3’ table; 2 chairs, and complimentary signage. Please make sure you put the name of your company on the registration form exactly as you want it printed on your sign. Tablecloths and skirting are NOT provided. Bring any items that you need to display your product or service. Company vehicles may be used as part of display, however you must reserve appropriate booth space to accommodate size. Limited vehicles will be allowed.
Booth Display – This year’s theme is “Let The Games Begin!” We strongly encourage vendors to decorate their tables according to the theme to attract people to your area and include an interactive “game” element. Game ideas may be a carnival game, a board game or even a video game (Wii). Do you have a child-sized basketball hoop and nerf ball? How about a putt-putt golf set? A dart board? Twister game? Bean bag toss? How about a plastic horseshoe toss? Or maybe a spin-off one of the Maintenance Mania competitions, or even THE OLYMPICS! It can be as simple or complex as you want it to be; however, it DOES need to be safe.

Pre-Event Day Set-Up Time – Monday, October 20, 2:00 -5:00 p.m.
Event Day Set-Up Time – Tuesday, October 21, 7:00-9:00am
Lunch – Available for all registered booth vendors.
Vendor Giveaways - Vendors are to provide two (2) small prize giveaways (minimum value $25 in trade or gifts – if questions, contact Robert Valois@ 970-674-3355, RV@smartcarpetcare.com). ALL maintenance mania & tradeshow participants are eligible for prizes. Drawings will be conducted beginning at approximately 11:00am (must be present to win).
