Ovation at Arrowbrook

The Ovation at Arrowbrook is located in a highly desirable area of Herndon and is part of the Arrowbrook Centre mixed-use development. The collective development includes Arrowbrook Centre Park, a for-sale townhome and condominium community (Pulte) and future high-rise hotel/office/condominium buildings located within a mile from the Innovation Metro Station. FCRHA helped catalyze the financing of the Ovation at Arrowbrook Development by contributing $7.74 million in local Housing Blueprint funding, eight Project-Based Vouchers, six state Rental Assistance Program Project-Based Vouchers, and multifamily housing revenue bonds.
