The Arden

Located on the historic Route One corridor in Alexandria, The Arden was made possible through contribution from Fairfax County and the FCRHA in Housing Blueprint funding, awarding Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding, and a commitment of 12 project-based vouchers to serve extremely-low-income households and individuals with developmental disabilities. Households residing at The Arden are able to access on-site resident services provided by Wesley Housing. Local nonprofit partners provide supportive services to residents with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs.
