While development plans are still being finalized, the site has previously approved entitlements for up to two residential towers with amenities such as rooftop space, fitness center, community rooms, ground-level retail and above-ground parking.

Rent levels are yet to be determined, however, it is the goal of the FCRHA to create a housing opportunity that serves a diverse income spectrum of the Tysons workforce.
