“Housing Fairfax 2025: Tysons and Beyond” aims to enhance partnerships and foster innovations that address today’s affordable housing challenges 

The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority, together with partners Tysons Community Alliance, the George Mason University Center for Real Estate Entrepreneurship and the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, will convene the local affordable housing industry on August 28, 2025. 

The event, titled “Housing Fairfax 2025: Tysons and Beyond” brings together housing developers, financiers, construction companies, non-profits, and government entities. The event aims to: 

• Inspire new ideas from industry colleagues about solving challenges in today’s housing market. 

• Make new connections across all facets of the affordable housing development community. 

• Preview new data on housing demand from the Tysons Community Alliance.
