The white paper, "Maximizing Impact: Improving the Housing Choice Voucher Program," examines best practices, policies, and regulatory reforms that can help maximize the use of the limited resources of the Housing Choice Voucher program. Ms. Ginger is a well-known subject matter expert on rental assistance, and currently serves as the president of the National Leased Housing Association. Download the report.
