Fairfax County Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2018 Is Now Available Online

The Fairfax County Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) has prepared a Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for FY 2018. As a recipient of federal funds under the Consolidated Plan, Fairfax County is required to provide this annual CAPER within 90 days of the end of the County’s program year.

The CAPER evaluates the county’s use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) program funds for the period from July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2018.
