At its June 23, 2020 meeting, the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors approved the nomination of Broderick Dunn as the new Braddock District Commissioner for the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA). Commissioner Dunn was welcomed to the FCRHA at his first official meeting on July 30.
Mr. Dunn is an attorney and is a partner at Cook, Craig & Francuzenko, PLLC in Fairfax. He focuses his practice in the areas of labor and employment litigation, commercial litigation, constitutional law and landlord/tenant law. During his legal career, Mr. Dunn has been recognized by Super Lawyers, Arlington Magazine and Virginia Business Magazine's Legal Elite in the area of employment law.
Mr. Dunn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and American Studies from Williams College and a Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
Mr. Dunn is an active member of the local community having previously spent several years as a Commissioner on the Civil Service Commission. He also served on the Pine Pond cluster committee in Burke Centre.
