The Fairfax County Department of Housing and Community Development will host two First-Time Homebuyers Orientation Sessions. Available dates are February 12 and 28, 2018.
Attendees can expect to get an overview of upcoming homeownership opportunities in the county in addition to information about new Workforce Dwelling Unit (WDU) condominiums for sale in the Reston area. This informational presentation is for households interested in purchasing a townhome or condominium in Fairfax County with incomes up to $110,300.
