On May 8, 2021, the Northern Virginia Housing Expo will host a FREE workshop: “Ready to Sign Your First Lease?” During the session local experts will help you understand what you need to consider before you look for a rental; how to determine what you can afford; where to find available rentals; and help you understand your rights and responsibilities as a renter.
