ABOUT

FCRHA is working toward a redevelopment of this community of 181 affordable homes in Reston. With extensive community input, FCRHA seeks to modernize the community to include accessible units and to address other resident needs. Any rehabilitation will be done with the dual goals of preserving and expanding affordable housing on the site while contributing to the vitality of the historic Lake Anne community.

December 2025 Update: Crescent Apartments Redevelopment Community Mtg: An introductory community meeting was held to discuss redevelopment and receive community input on planning and design principles for the redevelopment.

March 2025 Update: A Crescent Apartments resident meeting was held to discuss redevelopment.
