ABOUT
Fairfax Crest reimagines under-utilized parking lots on the campus of Fairfax County Government Center as 279 affordable homes for families. Affordable housing development also provides the platform for inclusion of a 15,000 square foot community-serving space. FCRHA executed an acquisition partnership with Lincoln Avenue Communities to develop the property. The property will be managed by Lincoln Avenue Communities. The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority retains a ground lease for 99 years, guaranteeing preservation of affordable housing at Fairfax Crest for almost the next century.
