ABOUT

The concept re-imagines the site of the former Franconia Government Center property as new multi-family housing. This idea could leverage private equity to build 120 affordable homes. Using the site for affordable housing would contribute to the County’s overall goal of creating 10,000 net new affordable housing units by 2034, and locating those opportunities in all corners of County.
