Currently under construction, The Exchange at Spring Hill Station will feature 516 affordable homes for families in the heart of Tysons Corner and close to employment and transportation. FCRHA executed an acquisition partnership with True Ground Housing Partners to develop the property. The property reimagines a former under-utilized parking lot as affordable housing. It will feature a 33,000 square foot community center that will host resident gatherings, special events and programs for families.
