ABOUT

Dulles Green is a nine acre property located in Herndon and currently owned by the FCRHA. The land is largely undeveloped. It is within walking distance of the Innovation Center Metro Station, and surronded by the Dulles Toll Road, Innovation Avenue and Dulles Green Drive. FCRHA is exploring potential for affordable housing on the site. Any initiative would integrate into the surronding neighborhood and enhance community connectivity.
