Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board (CSB) highlights how this program is helping people, stating that 25 people have secured stable housing with many more moving through the process. The program was established via a Memorandum Of Agreement between the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) with the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to create new permanent supportive housing units in the county.
