FCRHA Releases Strategic Plan Outcomes Report

The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) released its fiscal year 2025 Strategic Plan Outcomes Report. The report provides an overview of the outcomes and accomplishments of the agency, including data and information about affordable housing development, rental housing, and other services. 

Highlights include: 

• $50 million made available for affordable housing and development projects 

• More than 1,500 new affordable homes under construction or in development 

• 5,300 households served through federal housing vouchers 

• More than 3,800 affordable homes are owned by the FCRHA 

• 84 households became new homeowners
