The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) recently released a contract solicitation for third-party property management services for its property portfolio. FCRHA seeks vendors to cover property management activities including maintenance, daily operations, and general oversight of the properties.

FCRHA owns more than 3,600 units across 88 different properties which are managed by third-party vendors. Contracts will last a duration of five years with three, one-year optional renewals. Compensation will be a percentage based on the gross rent and miscellaneous income revenue of the individual property being managed. Property management company vendors may bid for specific properties, multiple properties, or the entire portfolio based on regions provided in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
Interested vendors must submit proposals via the portal by February 2, 2026 at 3:00 p.m.
