Summertime tips for staying cool:

Keep windows closed: In order for air conditioning to be most effective, keep your windows closed when the air conditioning is on.
Set your temperature to 72 degrees or more: Decreasing the temperature below 72 will not cool your unit further, but it will place additional stress on air conditioning system overall.
Stay updated on Fairfax County heat resources: During extremely hot days, Fairfax County opens cooling centers. Follow their heat resources webpage for updates.
Enjoy the pool: Wedgewood Apartment’s pool is open daily from 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
